This sculpture is located atop the Carolina Bridge, located in Mission Valley. It stretches from Alameda Avenue to Franklin Drive, taking traffic over railroad tracks along the Franklin Canal. Creative Kids participants provided the details on this piece through an intricate painting process that showcases our community’s rich history.
