art is resiliency

The Resiliency Art Program (RAP) emerged from a community’s shared strength following the August 3rd mass shooting. What began as an immediate crisis response has evolved into a vital sanctuary where mental health is the priority. By bridging creative expression with emotional healing, our trauma-informed curriculum—from fine arts to graphic design—replaces isolation with a sense of belonging. Through Project RAP, we don’t just process pain; we transform adversity into action, using art to pave a path toward a brighter, collective future.
